YES I recommend the 30 day shred to everybody. Our body is made to handle so much. Of course it’s okay for workout everyday. But remember, I lost all that weight because of my diet. It’s all in the diet. Working out definitely helps a ton. How bad do you want it? You have to ask yourself.

It’s mostly diet but if you want it bad enough you have to work off those calories. It’s mainly all in your diet.

I did level 2 for 15 days and did level 3 for the rest of the 15 days (: GOOD LUCK.
